Jim Chell

Jim Chell is a CFP professional at Chell Financial who specializes in working with high net worth clients. Jim has been in the industry for 46 years (22 years as a CFP) and in that time has helped countless people achieve financial success. His length of service and experience have enabled him to achieve a degree of excellence in his field that few can rival. He takes pride in being an actual money manager who pays close attention to each client and helps them manage their money as if it were his own.

Jim has always run his practice with the belief that he is supposed to grow his client’s money at the lowest possible cost, while minimizing taxes. He is driven by the constant pursuit of helping people achieve the life that they want to have. “Every day is a new adventure and I like making money for myself and other people”.

Jim was born and raised in Brevard County and lives in Melbourne Beach with his wife Kathy and dog Bero. Outside of work Jim is a world class surfer and fishermen who has traveled the globe in pursuit of these hobbies. He also spends a great deal of his free time involved in philanthropic work surrounding our environment. His mission is to do everything possible to increase he health of our lagoon and waterways.
